THE GIRLS KEYCHAINS

The series GIRLS represents the opposite of feeling good. Instead, it is embarrassing, humiliating and overwhelming. Like life. In exchange for SATC’s Dior purses we get late-rent-notice waiting for us and unwanted drug experiences. As the antidote to SATC, GIRLS reveals a rather different version of what it’s like to be in your 20s. But is it too real?  Is life really all grey tones? And are those who believe otherwise just delulu and immature? In our attempt to see clearly, do we sometimes let go of the glimmer and magic that is also a part of life? Or is life in general just more November than June?
